Returns and Shipping Policy

If for any reason you have an issue with your Headfirst product, please email jason@headfirstamps.com for direct support from Jason.  Your issue will be handled immediately and with care. 

 

Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis and are at the sole discretion of Headfirst Amplification LLC.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase or final payment, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.

If a Return is agreed to, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging.  Your item will be inspected once received and you will then be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Shipping a Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a Return is approved and you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping the amp to you after purchase will be deducted from your refund. (Currently $125)

 

Damages

Headfirst Amplification is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately and file a claim with the shipment carrier. 

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Headfirst Amplification is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

PLEASE NOTE:  US based customers are purchasing from a US company, there will not be any surprise customs, duties or tariff fees added to your order!
